Mooncake Gathering?

So, let's backtrack again. >.>

Back to Friday night, the 6th of October. I wanted to play lanterns and meet up with everyone for a chat. keke XD So yea..I bought up the topic with Shen, like Wed night.

She agreed, like with Nick and Kuok Leong when I first thought of the outing. I was a bit worried whether we would pull this off in 2 nights. haha. There's the number of people who was able to go and a venue to decide on.

Shen was a great help because she volunteered her house. Yays! I had gotten permission from my parents as well actually, like a backup plan if no one decides to volunteer their house. One thing done.

Number two was to mass sms everyone and hope they would be able to make it and reply asap. Lanterns and candles can be bought by any of us, so yea.

The thing was after dinner, so it saves us further trouble in coming up with more plans >.<>.> Lo and Behold, everyone was waiting for me. Eeppppppps

I felt a bit bad for being late >.<>_<>.>

The whole time, we would see Shen and Dan doing the *cough* couple couple stuff. We were this close to ditching them and letting them be. But well, the season of love is here? O_o possibly.

We reached the big field and ermmm...apparently everyone had the same idea. It was full of people and lanterns. whee~! My hp rings. Oh, my bro and his gang made it here as well, through walking.....dotdotdot.

He walked over and so did his side of friends. I finally met this Timothy guy, the fella who drives fast and is the bro or cousin....whoever of one of the girls who lives in Shah Alam. Turns out, he wasn't older than me, sama age lah, dear blur brother. And same school. =__=

We all chatted around and I temaned Nadiah for a walk around the field. We saw a lot of very nicely dressed girls and guys. =P Really nice lanterns, the round ball types. So cute! And little kids. And burnt lanterns.....we have haze now, idiots. >.> Somemore go burn lanterns.

We walked back after everyone got tired and thirstly. Right after Kuok Leong walked all the way back to the field when he returned to fetch his sis. O__o Jalan a lot....>.<>.> A group of 20-40-ish men watching a group of 20, 12-14 young girls dressed in school uniforms dancing. And some even paying to chat one to one to them through the 3G phones. Desperate.

And more, they even have lap pillows. What are they? Pillow shaped as laps, for them to lay their heads on it and go moe..>.> Right, Dan says there's more. Me: seriously? Breast pillows. Oh my gosh......sickos. Lining up for 3 days to gain entry into some convention.

I have come to the conclusion, those otakus are in serious need of help. Serious case of desperation. It's one thing to like something, but with all cases, going overboard is never a good thing. And I'm surprised, how can society continue to encourage them by coming up with these things.

Anyway, back to the mooncake gathering, we chatted and hanged around Shen's room. Sam had koed on her bed. haha XD As time grew close to 1am, Kai said he would drop Adam and Zhen Phin home. Kuok Leong said he was going back, with both Nadiah and Nick. So I did as well. Saves the trouble of opening the doors so many times.

After all, the next day, I had the CPA conference at 9am >.>

Right, so I think I covered the whole event. Yups. XD
