But since it was last minute, only Mintos and I turned up. Nadiah being the dayang (is it? ^^:) does not count. XD
We turned up being really lost in under the shade of several elaborately decorated wedding tents. XD So we figured the next best step was to call the person who invited us. It isn't proper to just turn up and makan without paying your respects to the hosts.
Manalah tahu, someone left her phone upstairs? >.>
So here we were so busy trying to contact Reiki, while standing at her main gate, that we didn't notice Nadiah was like right there behind us sitting at the table of honor aka the groom and his bride.
*crash*
Good thing we spotted her, because she guided us to find Reiki, who are curi makan-ing ayam in the kitchen. =P
And we ended up spending almost 4 hours chatting non stop and hogging a whole table. The four of us are mad, I'm certain. XD
The food was really delicious. >o<
Our host, Reiki was awesome, even though she was busy running around, while we just sat our fat behinds and ate somemore. XD
The wedding preparations were seriously amazing, right down to the last detail.
Thanks for the invite, dear XD When's your wedding due? =3
mwahaha XD
That evening, dad took the family down to Putrajay to check our the Malaysian International Fireworks Competition.
Nah, we didn't pay, but rather did what everyone else did, hang around the area hoping to catch a glimpse of it. XD
It is actually rather funny because no one knows exactly where it's held, so everyone just follows everyone else.
The blind leading the blind.
dotdotdot
If you're lucky, you'll catch small glimpses of it, if takde then bad luck lor.
We parked like the wrong side of the fireworks. ORZ
So we had to go opposite of the roadside where we only got to see the higher fireworkds, but it was worth it. Somewhat.
Where else can you catch heart shaped fireworks? D:
There was one (which my bro and I deemed it our favourite) because it would burst and sorta freeze in the air before disappearing. Wows.
The various patterns and colours was lovely.
Team Italy rocks!
The roads are jam packed, since everyone just park where there's a lot of people, making it even worse, you can see double and even triple parking by the roadsides.
It's actually interesting to note that the way there and back was full of traffic.
To quote dad,
It's like the morning rush hour except it's at 10.30pm.
